At Automation Surplus Inc., we stand by the quality of every item we sell. Below you’ll find the details of our returns policy and liability disclaimer so you know exactly what to expect.

Returns Policy

• Returns accepted within 7 days on items marked 'New,' 'New Surplus,' or 'Used Tested.'
• Buyer pays shipping, duties & taxes.
• All returns require an RMA number.
• Restocking fees apply on canceled orders or untested returns ($75-$150).

Liability Disclaimer

All customers of ASI, Automation Surplus Inc., through the act of purchase, agree to indemnify and hold harmless it's parent, partner, affiliate companies, or any of the staff, management, or ownership from any claims, resulting from the application or handling of purchased items, that damages them or any other party in any way whatsoever.

No warranty, No liability on all safety items and on all individual boards/cards from any individual system, panels, drives as we do not know what happens to them when they leave our facility.

We mark each item with our own code to prevent any possible tampering and to prevent any unscrupulous buyer from swapping their item with ours.
